Hello, I am working on a workflow to display the clients IP address on their machine where the user located. We have an API that displays the Clients IP Address but we cannot display it on the client within a workflow. We were using inline JavaScript to push this to a variable. For some reason, we were facing issues whenever we call the fetch call to our API. We keep running into an error within the IFS workflow that we cannot call the fetch functionality within the JavaScript within the workflow. Has anyone been able to find a solution to get around this? Thank you.

Currently tickets are getting assigned based on FT Skill, FT Availability, FT Cost & FT Travel duration, I would like to get Site Calendar to send from FSM to PSO , so that system can assign the job properly. Currently some site are 24*7, Some are access only during business hrs, but PSO assign all the job based on above 4 Parameters, it doesnt consider Site open timing, due to which task get assign during non accessible timings.If Site accessable time will open for some time then PSO should not assign the job any one.

After applying 23R2 (23.2.1) at a customer they noticed that after ordering an operational report through the order report screen and you want to go to the report archive to view the rendered report you get an error message saying that you are not granted when the report archive page is shown. Still, the report is there and you can open and preview it. I did some digging and the projection causing the error is <ReportProjection>.VirtualReport_CleanupVirtualEntity. But if you go to grant the report projection in question and try to grant the action CleanupVirtualEntity (which by the way is clearly visible in the API explorer) you can’t since there is no such action on the report projection. If you look at the OrderReportTemplate projection, there you will have the CleanupVirtualEntity action (granted that of course without effect) but the same action doesn’t show up in the actual report projections, e.g. the CustomerOrderConfRep projection grants.To me this seems like a bug in the

Hi Community,Is it possible to delete/remove records using an excel migration job? I’m trying to delete/remove users for WaDaCo processes but unfortunately i cannot solve it.. I have added ‘DATA_CAPT_CONF_VALID_USER_API.Remove__’ in the Method List. An example could be to delete/remove all users for our scanner ID6: The migration job has the current setup:   I’ve also tried different setups. Example in the method lists to use ‘%’ in Column value and DUMMY in Column Name.  

We had done cancel matching on a mixed payment. Would it be possible to undo this? We are hoping to undo it so that we can cancel the mixed payment.  If not possible, I would like to request suggestions on how we can cancel the mixed payment. Any help would be appreciated.

In the ‘Shipments’ view a standard field is not showing as available in the Search functionality‘Next Step in Shipment Flow’In EE, this was a field that could be used as a filter, operationally it’s a key field to use as a filter.Is this identified as a fix for any future releases?

Dear all, I’m facing a problem in purchase order process. My customer want to modify or add a new line on a PO in state Received. How can we handle this ? When I try to add a new line, the system says that the line cannot be enter due to authorization rule.I try to change parameter in authorization rules (within authorizer limit, in order amount...) but same issue.Do you know the solution ? 

I have customised an entity and added new column. Hello, We have a customer which orders an item with a specific label on it. This we have set up in the Product structure (purchase) as you can see in the attached picture. What we want to achieve is that when we create a purchase requisition and transform it to a purchase order the advise or even better that the purchase order for the label is automatically is created (purchase requisition is also ok). We work with Master Scheduling for our daily planning. Any suggestions on how to make this more efficient are more then welcome and will be highly appreciated. Best regards,Carlo Koenders

is it possible to change the order in bookmarks? Adding a new bookmark always comes to the end of the list within a group….

We run 2023R2 and would like to “lock” the bookmark bar so that it is always “open”, it that possible? Now it “closes” when moving between pages and must be re-opened

There is a script error when trying to login to application. This is an intermittent error faced by many users. Sometimes, if we select whatever the option [Yes/No], able to login without an issue. But on another occasion, error comes up again and again no matter what option we select, and not able to login to application. Have to wait considerable time to get this resolved, but error comes as usual. Does anybody familiar with this error and how to resolve it?

Hello Community, I’m trying to implement MHS intercompany for a customer in Apps10 Upd 7. All supply messages are working fine (ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV), but whatever we are doing with my financial colleague, INVOIC inbox message is rejected due oracle error for dived by 0. We also notice that N02 for invoice quantity is equal to 0 instead our invoice  as Invoice quantity (11 pcs). If anyone have an idea, it will be really helpfull : thanks in advance. BR Jean-Christophe
