We would like to use Item Styles to highlight a custom Global Code list where we hold SLA types.Following the guide below this all works fine.Is it possible to colour code based on the request status? | IFS CommunityExample below. The one exception is the PRODUCTLOOKUP screen where the Item Styles are not displayed.  It would be desirable to have the item styles displaying on the above screen. Is there any config that could be done to activate this?

Hi, Using MWO we’re able to upload pictures on work tasks as well as within surveys. All is stored within the media library, so far so good.I’ve however noticed that on a worktask you can only see pictures uploaded to the work task and on work order level you only see pictures uploaded to the workorder. You do not see all pictures associated with tasks, on the workorder level - nor do you see any pictures associated with any survey answers (but the answers seem to be tagged to the relevant work task).What is best practice to ensure a good, easy to use, overview of all media on a work order for our users? Running 23R1 on IFS Cloud (hosted by IFS).

Hello,We are in the middle of our implementation of IFS Cloud. We are currently on 24R1.How have other companies handled Vertex in their testing environments?  Our testing environment has the same Company ID as production (since we clone prod into testing), How can we make sure our invoices in the testing environment don't flow through to Vertex to the main Company ID with all our real invoices?Thanks,Nate

Hi. I'm currently using IFS8. We have direct debit with multiple suppliers and all transactions are posted as SUPOA for payment. Invoices posted as SI. Is there anyways to set for auto matching for SUPOA and SI accordingly ? Means amount same and invoice no same then auto matching can be executed. Volume is about 1k monthly.Thank you.

In 24R1 Once the Repair Shop Order is completed received(Originated from Disposition shop Order) is not able to auto reserve in Assembly shop Order…. Can any one help on this issue ?

Does IFS offer any smarter process for reconciliation of Supplier Statements? Currently we will export individual supplier ledger into excel and match with the statement provided, manually checking for discrepancies or balance. Curious if anyone had a quicker/smarter process for these that can reduce the time spent on these?

Hello! I am trying to process an External customer payment in IFS Cloud, where the Invoice ID/Invoice Reference is not provided in the External Payment File. No matter which setup I use in the External Payment parameters, the system is not able to identify the Customer ID and create a Customer Payment on Account. It always creates a Parked Payment. Below is the Identifier setup for the used ‘External Customer Payment Parameters” The below is the External Payment file template I used, created from the MT940 system template. And finally, below is the sample file I created using the above external file template: Once this file loaded, the payment line (which does not have an Invoice reference) is always identified as a parked payment (Although I pass the customer ID ~ to be mapped to the field “IDENTITY_CODE” in the external file template)Could you kindly explain to me how the data setup should be done in order for IFS to identify Customer Payment on Accounts, and are there any specific c

I am starting to use operation blocks to optimize the schedule and I’m struggling to use the Manufacturing visualizer to represent what an operator will see in the shop floor work bench (SFWB).  The sequence I typically use is:Assign operation blocks in shop order operations. Determine sequence based on load and need dates. Schedule operation blocks in Operation Blocks overview using predecessor blocks and forward scheduling. Review in Operation blocks Manufacturing visualizer grouped by Operation block ID. Review in SFWB from an operator's perspective.Situation:  The scheduler has applied operation blocks to operations and has the work sequenced and scheduled.  In the manufacturing visualizer, with operation blocks don’t represent the sequence and therefore the user must use the operation block overview screen to review sequences (not graphically).  Any changes to shop order quantities via merge or updating the shop order lot size causes the shop order to change its dates and scheduli

Hi Everyone, Wondering if you can shed some light on next steps that should be taken to rectify this issue one of our users is experiencing. Here is the breakdown: -Posted supplier invoice in July using the “prelim post” this created a voucher for $26738.59. -In Aug when the invoice came in, he noticed the amount was different than what he posted, so he altered the gross amount to $26,672.11 then final posted the invoice, which then created another voucher and a discrepancy of $66.48 in the ledger. -He then cancelled that whole invoice and tried to do the manual supplier invoice over again (maybe used cancel and create?) using gross amount $26738.59 in hopes to change it to the correct amount, but cannot.  *When there is a prelim posted invoice, you cannot change the gross amount.I am not as strong on the accounting side, could someone assist on what steps we should take next?If you need more information I can provide! THANKS!

Is there any way to pre-populate the Server URL for the end-user (Screenshot1)? Screenshot1 When deploying iOS Apps via MDM we can typically push out a App Configuration via Key/Value pairs (Screnshot2) Screenshot2It would be a nice QOL feature as we use SSO across all our devices which would make signing into the app a simple 3 step process. Hello everyone, I need your help.We're using IFS v9.I have refreshed the recipe environment with the production data.Everything is fine on the IFS side, but I am unable to change the location of the Demand Plan server, it always points to the production server.When I restart the recipe Demand Plan server, I get the following error."Fatal error: Another server is already running on the machine SRV-2021-001.domaine.com:5010"Fatal Error during load from oracle.”What should I do to correct this? Where do I change the address of the Demand Plan server in IFS ?Thanks for your help. 

Hi Community, can someone help me which settings have to be made that the system uses a name to try match with customer, please? Unfortunately, I have only the customers name who made a payment to us but no invoice number or similar. from the statement I know who sent the money and I would like to do a match by customer name. Is this possible and if yes, what setting is needed?  Thanks, Philipp
