system doesn't display the default voucher type for scrapped object

Forum|alt.badge.img+14

we have the above Active Object, and we need to scrap it.

system display the above error message.

I checked the voucher type and it’s relation with user group and there is no issue.

the process is working for all sites, only site 125 is not working with it.

it is the first time we scrap object in site 125

please advise.

the error was in the Fixed Asset Book;

the voucher type must be blank.

Hi,

Some suggestions:

Check that you have a voucher type with function group A that is not connected to a FA book. If you don’t have one, create a new voucher type with function group A specifically for scrapping assets.

Go from that Voucher Type > Voucher Series > User group per voucher series.

Check that the AC user group has default type = ‘Yes’ for the year / period.

Important to check that you are in Company 125 when making those checks.

All the best,

Stephen

Hi Khaled,

First verify that the user group is connected to the period. Window User Groups per Period.

Then verify that the voucher series voucher type A can be used in the year. The window Voucher Series per Voucher Type.

Then see if the user group AC is connected to the same voucher series for that period. RMB User Group per Voucher Series.

Sincerely

Jonas
