Clock issue in IFSAPP 8

Hi All,

User facing issue in viewing IFSAPP 8. We have tried below solutions but it didn’t work out.

  1.  Did the profile reset didn't work.
  2. Changed the LOV values & copied the object as same as myself.
  3. Asked the user to try & login with their credentials in their colleagues laptop.
  4. Did clear all cache from user's system

Please help in resolving the issue. Refer the attached error screenshot.

If I remember correctly, IFS follows the location setting in the OS and Browser. Maybe check timezone in control panel (assuming your on windows) or check location in the browser settings?

 

If that doesn't help, then please give more info on exactly what the clock issues are (e.g. which IFS pages / fields)
