Is it possible to open the Corrective Data on an NCR once you have it approved?
More information needs to be added into the Corrective Action.

+11Yes, the CAPA and NCR can have different statuses.
If the NCR has been closed, you can RMB the CAPA on the NCR and “View Corrective Actions (CAPA)” and reopen the CAPA and do your editing. Additionally, you can always use object connections to attach Newer CAPAs to older NCRs.
