Hiwe are trying to write a report rule that send email only when report is printed by either Printer ID = NoPrintout or Printed by IFSADMIN. (I made sure syntax/case is correct from logical printers for printer id)Report rule is not recognizing this condition. if i remove below highlighted condition, report rule evaluated to be true and email fire. I tried on both variables PrinterId and PrintedBy - same result. Can someone let me know how to provide correct value for these variables.

Hello,Is there a best practice for exporting the translation of custom fields to IFS Cloud?Thank you in advance.

We are running IFS Cloud and were attempting to find the API Projection that allows us to submit a change request for a supplier:Supplier Management 3.4.6 Support Process:A change request must have been entered by the supplier in the B2B solution.SupplierInformationChangeRequestHandling.svc looks to be the correct projection to view the request but I can not seem to find the projection which can allow us to submit a request for a supplier.

What would cause the error: Route departure date is not within current calendar? What calendar are they refferred to? When I try to create a new customer order I know it is using the route Id for the customer to calculate theWanted delivery date. Does this error mean I need to activate a calendar?

We are in the process of upgrading to IFS Cloud from Apps 9.  I have a custom lu tied to the Part Characteristic in Apps 9 and see that these are individual pages now.  Is there a way to add a new page for the “P-Type Basic Data” tab under the Discrete Characteristic in the attached screen shot (cloud_part_characteristic.png).  There isn’t really an available page that this would belong to.

HiI know that IFS 8 is not supported on Windows Server 2016 or later but did anyone actually tried to install it on that platform? We have IFS8 installation that needs to run for few more years as archive only (not in active use) and IT does not want to manage Windows 2012 any more. Upgrade to IFS 10 or IFS Cloud is not feasible. Neno

Hello, Currently, I am building automation for blocked customer orders to get automatically unblocked when a payment is made to an account and their available credit >= blocked customer order cost. Since I cannot automate this via a workflow due to the commit limitation for customer order flow that prevents a rollback, I am attempting to accomplish this via an event action. Can someone please shed some light on the CUSTOMER_ORDER_API.START_RELEASE_BLOCKED call? I see that in the create statement for the procedure that there is a “release_from_credit_check_” variable which I need help with finding what value this is supposed to represent. Is this a boolean value?  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

Hi Is there a place/page/table to see logs for REST call custom event actions? We are trying to create one to create an event-based integration to another system, but every time the event is fired nothing will happen. We have confirmed with other event actions that our event is triggering, but our rest call seemingly doesn't hit. No errors on screen, nothing in application messages. Is there somewhere else that we should be looking? I have tried with Basic Auth and Bearer, we have tried multiple different Rest calls that we can get to work in Postman and in dotNet.We are on 10.8Best regards

Hi,How can customer use In-Memory Acceleration Packages? Is it configure in Application level or DB level?Note - Customer went live with IFSCloud 22R2 SU7 recently.

Using 23r1 I’m attempting to refresh my test instance. We are using the internal password keycloak system as many of our users don’t have email etc.  When I refresh test by doing a data pump export/import we have to reset everyone’s password. Is there  a way to refresh the data in a test environment without losing the passwords?

In IFS Cloud I ve created a custom attribute having custom enumeration .Is there way to tailor/filter based on exisitng attribute value Suppose we have countries as LOV, and state as LOV and we want state to be filtered based on country value only

Hi,Has anyone deployed IFS cloud middletier server on Azure?or came up with a documentation/ guide for hosting MT server on Azure without vSphereRuchira

All I’m looking to amend our shipment labels and have seen that in the base data for the above report view that there is a field named HANDLING_UNIT_ID_PREFIX and PACKAGE_UNIT_ID_PREFIX, in all my current data the field is NULL, does anyone know where in the UX that this data is pulled from as being able to add a prefix for a few specific customers would be very helpful.

GS1 by GDSN is a standard for barcodes, but there is comprehensive logic involved to create such a barcode (and then use on for example a Delivery Note). Does IFS have any business logic build in to create a GS1 barcode or do we need to develop the code behind it ourselves?

Is it possible to get the XSRF Token/ Cookie already when invoking the openId token endpoint (authentication part)  in IFS Cloud? according to the documentation,  a Get request must be done separately for that. Thanks

Hi Team,I have used below JSON body to trigger the action  https://{{BaseURL}}/int/ifsapplications/entity/v1/AccountGroupEntity.svc/AccountGroupSetJSON BODY used{  "Company": "10",  "AccntGroup": "X11",  "Description": "X10"}Projection resource used :AccountGroupEntity.AccountGroupSetEven same content works without any issue for same envrionemt (23R1 SU6)  through POSTMAN call, Yet when tried to do the same through IFS connect, I get below error :ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Post error: 404 (Not Found)Following is screenprint from API explorer  can someone mentioned what could be the missing setup/or issue ?

Hi,Is it possible to change the setup of a standard drop down list to be able to select multiple values from it?The example I have is for an Health and Safety process: Incident Management, in IFS Cloud 22R2When investigating an incident, it is possible to enter a Basic Cause for it in IFS.However, it is quite often that there are multiple causes to one incident. So the idea would be to “transform” the standard field “Basic Causes” so it could hold multiple selection. But is that technically possible ?a CRIM via Page Designer ?Kind regards,Lénaïc

If I’m understanding the documentation correctly, it sounds like I should be able to store our Crystal Reports RPT files in either OpenReportPath or in the database. However, when I try to create a quick report definition in 22R2, it won’t let me save unless I supply it with a layout file right then and there. Does this mean I can no longer store RPT files in our Crystal server’s OpenReportPath? Do I have to move these to the database?

Community, Our system company usually send customer invoice to us via IFS MHS. It has been working well. But today we have a customer order invoice which they sent/resent multiple times, but it still not showing up in our External Supplier Invoices Window. What could be the possible reason, and what is the steps to investigate? Thank you.

Is it possible to limit the length of a list to say 10 items… and then have the more option? We have too many showing, that really aren’t used very often, so we’d want to show the top 10 most used, we’d have a flag to indicate what they are.

Hi, I was trying to create a new theme 1 week ago on the test environment. I made some changes in the themes.zip file. There was no problem until yesterday. Our partner pushed a delivery to our test environment. After that, this problem occurred. I can’t reach the application. There was a backup of themes.zip. I used the original files. It still throws the same error. I signed the application with F1MAGE. I couldn’t solve the problem. The error text is below. How can I solve the problem?  ERROR DETAILS Following errors were detected during this operation. * [8.12.2023 09:16:48] System.Deployment.Application.InvalidDeploymentException (HashValidation) - File, themes.zip, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest. - Source: System.Deployment - Stack trace: at System.Deployment.Application.ComponentVerifier.VerifyFileHash(String filePath, Hash hash) at System.Deployment.Application.ComponentVerifier.VerifyFileHash(String filePath, HashCollection hashCollection) at

We have a product deployed at the site of multiple customers and that application is using IFS 9/10 and the .NET Access Provider to connect to IFS. We have 2 customers that are still using IFS 9 and both have connection problems to IFS 9 since last night. There was no change to our product and both customers use different versions of our product anyway. Is there any changes done to IFS 9 like an update or an end-of-support date that happened recently? The error is (URL/username were edited):Cannot connect to IFS using URL 'http://ifsurl:60000/' and username 'IFSUSER'.Unexpected error while calling server method AccessPlsql/InvokeThe URI http://ifsurl:60000/main/compatibility/clientgateway cannot be found. Please contact your system administrator. The access to IFS 9 itself - using Entreprise Explorer and the same login information - is correct in both sites.
