maybe someone could help me and answer what determines visibility of a padlock icon at the right menu corner.
I am trying to understand if this is presentation object or from permission set level.
I would like to achieve and determine if shopfloor users for instance can have this icon disabled ( greyed out) to avoid any unexpected changes in the elements.

You can disable the Lobby Config Mode(Padlock icon) by revoking “Lobby Designers (EE_LOBBY_DESIGN)” presentation object. However, you cannot disable the Personalization Mode(Padlock with person icon).
Personalization mode allows end users to add custom text elements to a selected lobby page and modify the look and feel of available elements such as text color, background color etc. These changes will be available only for the relevant user.
