We have a long running SQL quick report in IFS Cloud, and users receive the message:

Operations did not complete in the expected time (300 seconds). 

The same quick report returns data in Apps 10, with no warning.

I’ve checked system parameters but can’t see any setting in there.

Is there a way to extend the 300 seconds in Cloud?

@SHAUN_KERSLAKE You can read more about the query timeout at below page. These are installer parameters and it’s not recommended changing these. Maybe there’s some opportunity for tuning the SQL statement from the Quick Report?

Can you tryout increasing the value of IFS_MAX_QUERY_TIMEOUT environment variable in the ifsapp-odata deployment? Please refer the image attached for more details.
