Good afternoon,

 

Is there any brief summary of the setup needed to have the <Attachment> tag populated in Italian E-invoice so that the .pdf copy is attached to it? 

In IFS Cloud, we can easily define this in the E-invoice Processing Type if we toggle ON the option 

Include Invoice Image, however, in Apps10 there is no such menu and the invoices do not contain anything in the <Attachment></Attachment> section.

 

So, does anybody know which are the mandatory settings required in order to have the .pdf copy attached?

Hi @Violeta 

In Apps10, unlike IFS Cloud, the process is not automatic. To attach a PDF to an Italian e-invoice, you'll need to:

  1. Create a custom event to generate and attach the PDF.
  2. Modify the e-invoice XML format to include the <Attachment> tag.
  3. Ensure that PDF invoices are stored and linked via Document Management.

Thank you for the details. I have the <Attachment> tag in the e-invoice XML however it is empty, no values within the tags. Also, PDF invoices are stored and linked via Document Management, so the only thing that is missing is the Custom Event to generate and attach the PDF. We are working on this now.
