Hoping someone can please explain the relationship, if any, between the new 24R2 Sustainability Management module, IFS Emissions Tracker, and Sustainability Planner. As I understand it, the new Sustainability Management module released in 24R2 is designed to help organizations efficiently manage sustainability data collection, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple entities to meet the needs of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). A crucial component of this module is the KPI Catalog, which facilitates the comprehensive management of sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker was introduced to help calculate organizational carbon emissions (scope 1,2,3). From reading previous threads it sounds like the Sustainability Planner is a standalone MS Power app which contains the Emissions Tracker. Is this correct, or is the Emissions Tracker the standalone MS Power app? If this is the case, what is the Sustainability Plan

Substance task in IFS: Is it possible to fill and update information about substances (such as environmental properties, criteria, and equivalent factors) from an external source, like a document or a government website? Does anyone have experience adjusting the system to allow this functionality? Alternatively, is IFS currently developing such a feature in the near future? I couldn’t find anything relevant in the community.

HI, I try to build BPA: when new User is created, workflow should be fire → User should be added to default Company. Workflow: 1/ READ from Company 2 / CALL to add User to Company Why doesn't it work? I'm trying to do it in various ways, but also nothing... Maybe someone has an idea what it should look like?

Hi IFS Community, I have a question please regarding legacy IFS versions and more modern Windows O/S. Not all customers have yet moved to IFS Cloud, some have longer roadmaps or less requirement for this change. To maintain a level of O/S securities on their servers some customers may look to uplift their Windows versions that are still being supported by Microsoft. I have a question from a long-standing customer of ours relating to uplifting their IFS Applications 8 into Windows Server 2019. My question please Is there any up-to-date documentation relating to the various windows versions with the various IFS versions for compatibilities? I have seen these documents in the past but legacy documentation is getting a little sparse on here these days with the roll out of Cloud. Could anyone kindly supply me with this document at all as this is likely to come up again for other customers in the future and it would be better to be aware of any compatibility issues before any work is handled

Hi everyone, I would like to know if someone have some documents about the maintenance topic on IFSAPP 9. We would like to integrate preventive maintenance to carry out periodic/monthly checks on certain objects. I have carried out some tests: Functional object: PLACE BUILDING Serial object: electrical installation STANDARD JOB MP action But I can't figure out how to fill in the maintenance plan fields If someone have some explanation on the topic it’ll be great for us .
