Can someone please confirm that without use of a custom script; mass reassignment of a CRM Main Rep to a Customer is only possible in IFS Cloud and not possible in standard Apps 10 (U23). Or is there some functionality/screen that a find and replace is possible?
Same goes for the Sales Person record on the Customer screen, Order tab.

The Reassign CRM records assistant was introduced in IFS Cloud so there is no standard screen in Apps10 where you can mass reassign CRM records. The only standard page Apps10 that can be used for changing representative for multiple records at the time, is the Representative 360. It won’t allow you to update different record types in one step but you can at least change main rep or add representatives e.g. to all opportunities where a certain user is a representative.

For the transactional data, I can perform a Search in Context from the Rep 360 screen to only change open Business Opportunities for example. Really useful to know. Thanks!
