We have meshcentral working in ITAM. Is there a way to tie it into AssystWeb so we can get there directly from a ticket or a user?
Can we create a link that takes us from the ticket or user to the ITAM inventory item?
Note- we were actually able to figure this out. We can import the URL from ITAM and then just click on the mesh central link
