Is there any way to discovery and monitor Oracle 19c or 21c App - DB , in ITOM patch 5004.3 ,
under Linux oracle 7 /red hat / flavor.

At present, we support the discovery and monitoring of Oracle up to, and including, version 12. Support for versions 19c and 21c is to be added.
