Hi everyone,

the "PM Action" type in inventory part availability planning and have encountered fields labeled "Order Ref 2," "Order Ref 3," and "Order Ref 4." I'm struggling to understand what these references are. Can anyone provide clarification? ref 1 in pm action no

Hi @Hashmit

It seems the reference fields are updated as below for the demands raised from PM Action.

Order ref 1: PM Action ID

Order ref 2: PM Revision number

Order ref 3: Maintenance plan line number

Order ref 4: Corresponds to the Work list number

For example:

Let’s say we have a PM Action, revision 1 with 2 work lists, each having the same part and 2 maintenance plan lines.

Work list 1 needs 1 part.

Work list 2 needs 2 parts.

2 Maintenance plan lines exists.

Activate the PM Action.

Now check the inventory part planning details.

Note that reference number is assigned for each work list - 210385, 210386, if we create another list, 2 new lines will be added for the new work list reference 210387.

Best Regards,

Thilini
