Mobility : display of "wrong shipment" Material Order

Hi, an internal material order is shipped by error to a Technician Van. Then to correct this in back-office, in the receiving line, they declare the line as “wrong Shipment”.

In mobility, in the “Material order” screen the technician see those IMO in status “590 Wrong shipment”. Is there a way to NOT display those IMO ?

Hi Philippe,

To clarify a little bit… by “they declare the line...” they did the initial receiving for the field engineer but never shipped the product?

Seems to me they will have to do another receiving based on the IMO to close the IMO, get the product back to the warehouse in the data and perhaps this will make that IMO disappear from the mobile client because right now, the system thinks the product is at the van warehouse, etc.

At least that is my interpretation of what you asked.

we have found the reason why. In the code for our customer version (15.4.3), our develloper have seen that the request doesn’t eliminate the status 590 Wrong shipment and the status 570 Scrapped. In our standard DEMO version, in the code they are eliminated
