For an incident, in the ITIL attributes tab, is it normal that for “itil status” we only have : Blank or RFC status available ?

When you classifiy and diagnose the incident, why we couldn’t choose : known error  for example ?

For this status and others (any, problem, know error, RFC): could you explain where they can be used  for the 3 steps of ITIL process (incident, problem, change) ?
