Hi 

In the customer process : They have a call center. as the call taker is online, they create the Service Order and they would like to give a quick answer to the customer online for a date and technician to schedule this order.
Also , they use the DSE.

Is it possible to raise the frequency less to 300 , 60 sec or 120 for example.
As they are online they would like to give an answer quickly.
Is it possible on the server side to raise this setting ?

Hi Anthony,

Just reading through the ST2-1 - Scheduling.pdf, I find this reference to the Allocation Frequency:

Trying to set this to a value of 60 to 120 seconds is not feasible for the DSE to handle the session planning and will overlap already in progress scheduling it seems to me causing a cascading effect of scheduling issues.

Our recommendation is no more often than every five minutes as noted above.
