For a customer use case, we have SV with Material demand (mainly ship direct to the customer and only 1 part by SV).
No DSE session for this customer process.
For the scheduling process, we want that dispatchers would see directly in the dispatch console the data for the material demand (to avoid sheduling a technician before the estimated delivery date for the part) : status material demand (needed, allocated, ship open, shipped) and the mot important the delivery date.
For the status, it’s ok.
Could we have a way to display the delivery date in the dispatch console ? due_dt or exp_delivery_date
Thanks and Regards

Hi Anthony,
I do know you can add the column for Material Status which is on the order level not per material demand and also is a status, not a date.
However, on the tooltips for the user, you can add Material Exp. Delivery date but this is for the value in the Activities not from the Materials.
This can be set on the activity details and also activity details on map tooltips.
However, if I am not mistaken, that field is only populated by the Alliance application when the DSE is used. See this Community post:
I agree with you , I don’t know with this is designed like that because you can manage parts for SV without DSE and coordinating Parts and Scheduling is always difficult and It could be very useful to have this data directly in the dispatch console. It’s also a differientiator against competitors.
Furthermore, the Data in the material tab “exp delivery date” is always documented. I hope we can manage a cst field to copy this data in the activity tab and display this cst field in the DC.
If you are going to use Customizer, I probably would consider using not just a computed lookup from the material as that many not be the only material.
Perhaps it would be best to create the custom field as a date/time but then update that new field with a process flow where you can identify which date from the multiple material demands you want to populate such as the latest date for the process flow selection criteria.
