Hi,

I create a customized field in Service order, i want to add this customized field to the xml schema in Process Flow outbound message.

But the Customized field is not visible to select in the schema. My already existing cst fields are visible, but the new create field not. Must i refresh a service to see the new customized field in the schema to select it?

I try it on a existing outbound message schema and in a new created outbound message. in both the new cst field is not visible.

Thanks

Robin

Hi Robin,

I have not looked into this yet but please remember, the Process Flows are managed by the two Workflow (timer and executer) services, the Dispatch service only handles sending the output out to the destination end points.

I am assuming you have logged your client out as well as possibly have done an IISRESET?

Would you please send me the export of the Process Flow so I could import it here and look at this situation with your setup?

Hi,

maybe it will be visible once the data handler dispatcher service got restarted.

Can you try this?

It seems IISRESET did the job.

You are welcome, Robin.

My thinking is that the application client usually loads the custom fields and pages upon login.  In this case, we are talking about the application itself so it did not have a chance to load the custom fields as it was not logged in again which is why I thought of this option.

I may not be correct but this is how I am thinking.
