About this event

This webcast will provide an overview and demonstration of the IFS Call Center case handling and customer support. Cases and tasks can be managed through queue and escalation management. Customer can view open cases, work orders, invoices due, etc. All communications around a case or task are logged in a journal and tasks can be connected to different handover references like work order, purchase order and customer order.
