+1We have an Alliance V15.4 checklist where we capture a photograph and would like to print that photograh on the Service Order Report / Service Order History Report. Currently the checklist is printed out as text and the attachment ID is displayed on the report. My question is how does one reference the image / attachment file in report customizer instead of the text id for the customer?

I have checked the standard report’s source codes for V15.4 and images are supposed to be displayed in the checklist section of the report. I only have an example for V15.1 and it works fine. If you have customized the report via the customizer, please test it after disabling the customizer. If it still isn’t displayed, please log a ticket with us and we will investigate it.

I have tested this in our V15.4 standard system and the images are displayed correctly without making any changes. There must be something wrong with your system. We need to check this in your system once you log a ticket.
