Greetings!I am trying to delete a sales rule combination, but I get the following message in IFS Apps 10 

Greetings!Is there a way in IFS apps 10 to search where a particular characteristic is being used in any Sales Rule?

The title says it all.. I am using VBA to query the IFS database and once I get my results back, I want to close the connection. How can I do that? Is it possible to set different scheduled reports to run in different batch queues? Right now, when scheduling a report, there is only one option for the queue to process it in - the default queue. However, we have some critical leadership reporting that is consistently being delayed due to general user’s scheduling reports. I would like to be able to split leadership reporting into a separate queue to ensure that it is not delayed but other long running reports. 

Greetings!Why would the shop order show qty 2 of 45750, but when looking at the Config Structure I see only one in IFS apps 10? 

Hi,Some user have problem to log in to Excel add in. It used to work but they started to get problem. When they click on Login, (Se the picture below) then it supposed to open up the web window to go to IFS Cloud log in start page but nothing happend. We have tried to clean the cashe and unistall/deleate but no help. Maby problem with pop up windows problem? Does someone could advise us what we can do more? 

Hi,I am trying to set up e-mail event action when creating a new customer with customer category = Prospect but it doesn’t work. I have attached pictures how I satt upp. I have tested with different value like ‘Prospect’, PROSPECT ‘PROSPECT’ etc but nothing work. When I took away Condition = and Value the mail triggas so it must be wrong syntax on value. Could someone help me to see what is wrong?  We have 24R2SU2, thanks. 

QuestionBelow is a copy of a dispatch for a certain product. As you can see the Part number FD BARREL and the Deliver To: CW250 show part numbers. However when I tried to print another dispatch for a different product no part numbers showed up under the same Part number FD BARRELL / CW250. Why would that be in IFS Apps 10? 

Hoping someone can give some help or advice.I am just starting on the IFS Cloud journey and Workflows seems to be a big part, I have done the IFS Academy training but the exercises done do not help with me with my current scenario. In Apps 10 this was achieved by a custom event which checked the new and old variables and then wrote some details to a history file (custom entity) when a subcontract status changed.  I am struggling to  get this off the ground.

Greetings!If I wanted to write a calculation in IFS Apps 10 so that when certain items are chosen in the Configuration ID, IFS runs this calculation and tells me weather those certain items are allowed or not, how do I go about doing that?

Greetings!For some reason there are part numbers not showing up on a Dispatch sheet but are showing up on the BOM. I double checked the routings and the routings are buildable. The parts have the correct Config Structure Rules, everything seems correct but it is not showing up on the Shop Order Pull Sheet. It seems to only not show Operation 10 Notes CW250 

Hello,I want to register the sender email as an Azure App. This is because Microsoft will discontinue their support for basic authentication for client submission(SMTP Auth). Do we have any documentation for this. Currently we have Azure AD configured under IAM Provider but “Senders” are configured under basic auth. But “Mail Sender” is configured in basic authentication. Please guide what needs to be done. Thanks,Mani

 Is there a way to change/edit the filters on the Event Search in assystWEB?I know we can use affected_user_name:"Joe Bloggs" to find all associated tickets to that user, but it would be good to just be able to type their name in with fields specifically for affected user, summary etc. When using the search, it tends to be a case of sifting through each ticket individually to find the one you’re looking for. This is a pain when someone pops in without a ticket number.  

Greetings!For part number FD ENGINE i the Configuration Structure, In see the Operation Numbers listed. However, when I created a DOP the operation numbers do not show up. Anyone know how to fix it in Apps 10?

Account and cost center description are sometimes available in invoice authorizing screen and sometimes not.It is troublesome to look up the accounts and cost centers when the descriptions are not available.

IFS Applications 9.According to the documentation, the Broadcast Message Service checks for active messages every hour. Please advise on how to modify this parameter. The service needs to run a check every 15 minutes.We found where to change this only for the IFS Web Client However, we can't find how to change this parameter for IFS Enterprise Explorer.Any advice would be appreciated.  

Is it possible to add to the form of Count per Count Report a custom field.  I would like to add it to the form that is displayed for a count report, not just to the report designer report.  I have enabled custom fields in the attribute.Thank you

In Page Designer, Fieldranking is supposed to set the order of columns in the list element. When I do this on Business Opportunities, it doesn’t seem to work. We Go-Live in October and setting a column order for heavily trafficked pages is something we want to do to help our computer illiterate sales people.Looking for instructions on this page designer feature.Thanks.

Dear Experts,Recently i have created four new custom fields. Now i want to set them as a group section. I have tried with the Technical Documentation of IFS EE APP10 also. but i could not find any related resources. Please need some help from you guys. Like in the image that i upload, i want to group the below Bank Guarantee Fields into one section. How can i do that? ​​​​​​

Dear Experts,I tried to add three new customer fields to Customer Window of IFS EE. This is how i tried to do that.First i have identified the Logical Unit that i need to add the field. Then i went to Custom Field, fetch the CustomerCreditInfo LU then went to add the field. Field type - persistent, then gave the name , then assign the data type, then gave the properties, lastly gave the publish information i have ticked the public and approve. then right click on the header and i have published the three fields. now all the three ticks are checked. then i went to the refresh server cache and refreshed the security, reference and object connection.  then i went to the customer window and credit info tab. i have right clicked the and navigate to custom objects - fields.. but the issue is i can not see the three fields that i added in the custom field window. 

Hello,  in the past, the "KPI lobby" in IFS Cloud was discussed here - the last information I found is that it involves a manual calculation, not automated, using BPA.In the system, there is the option to connect "workflow information," meaning the BPA process key is available, but how does one work with it?Could I please get screenshots of how to set up an automatic calculation of values under an element?Or some scenario how to create easy element with automatic calculation?How use workflow information in Measurement Configuration? 

I have manually reserved an inventory part & quantity in “Inventory requisition” where the supply code = Inventory Order & the status is now showing as “Reserved”. Q- How do you unreserve the Inventory & quantity so the status is changed back to either “planned or released”?
