Passing Contexts parameter through command group

Hello everyone,I created a navigation link command on a custom page.To be able to navigate to the destination page (Manual Supplier Invoice) I need to pass two parameters. First one is the Invoice_id (which is a normal navigate filter) and the second one is the company (Context paramater).Thus, on the Manual Supplier Invoice page the company is a global Value. Can someone help me with passing the contexts parameters for the company?The destination link should be like this –https://***-uat.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/web/page/ManualSupplierInvoice/Form;$filter=InvoiceId eq 844;contexts=Company:RRR0006Thanking you in advance

Send IFS data to celonis/third party platform

Hello, We have requirement for sending data from IFS platform to Celonis. Is there any to send data based on scheduled time or event trigger from app. I explored IFS Connector Sender but when MyConnectSender.nativeSend method will be executed. I also explored Outbound Integrations from IFS using REST Sender but it works for new events only what about existing older data. Could you please help us for best and effective way for sending data. BPA Workflow - Set defaults values in sub Contract revision and Items

I’m trying to set defaults values to SubContract Revision and items → Items section via a BPA workflow. Tried adding values for different fields but none of it worked. Above is the one I tried to add a default value for ItemName field.The projection Action I used is this, Any idea why this is not working as expected?Version is 23R1.

Customer Schedule Function

Hi All Looking for some help in Customer Schedules. Firstly, can someone explain the difference between ‘Call-off’ & ‘Plan’ ? and does any ‘Call-off’ schedules overwrite the ‘Plan’ schedules? Second, I have followed the Customer Schedule Guide, created/checked active the below.. Sales Part Cross Reference Inventory Part/Sales Part Reconciler/Approver Schedule Line Type Created Customer Order Header – only Customer Agreement Schedule with the set Tolerance Customer Agreement Schedule Part Customer Schedule with Call-off , now approved and released Customer Schedule with Plan When I try to release the Plan Schedule, I am getting an error to say the “Agreement is not Valid for Release”. Agreement is linked to an active Customer Agreement Schedule. Does anyone have an idea why?Is there any other procedures out there to explain this new function for me, or any information you may be able to share with me if this issue has been seen before? RRP Load Analysis

My company uses IFS 10 and I have a question regarding RRP load analysis. We Master Schedule our finished parts but not subcomponents. Some of our subcomponents are processed through work centers in-house. RRP appears to only show the load of finished parts that are master schedule and in an MS set. Subcomponent demand is not showing up in RRP load analysis. This creates an issue by only showing part of the load on a work center when using RRP.I experimented in our IFS test environment by adding a subcomponent part to Master Scheduling. After running MS Level 1 and MRP the part still failed to show up in RRP Load Analysis. I need to see the total load on work centers from finished parts as well as subcomponent parts. Does anyone have insight into what RRP is looking at and how to add subcomponent load to RRP?

Hello, in the past, the "KPI lobby" in IFS Cloud was discussed here - the last information I found is that it involves a manual calculation, not automated, using BPA.In the system, there is the option to connect "workflow information," meaning the BPA process key is available, but how does one work with it?Could I please get screenshots of how to set up an automatic calculation of values under an element?Or some scenario how to create easy element with automatic calculation?How use workflow information in Measurement Configuration? Developper Studio installation frozen

Hello everyone, I downloaded developer studio 23.2 from ifs developer portal : IFS Developer PortalI end up with this file : SetupDeveloperStudio_23.2-64bit.exeI execute the file, it’s configuring the application (short loading screen). On the next step, it froze. There is 4 options at the bottom of the screen of the application, but no text appearing and the commands are not working. I waited for very long, nothing happened. Had to quit from task manager. Then I deleted the folder .developerstudioparent-installer, redownloaded the same version : still freezing. Any help would be appreciated : My windows is in 64 bits with this parameters :Version 22H2, Build 22621.2428, Professionnal versionRegards

IFS Assyst - Authorisation tasks sent to users in a multi-select lookup

Hello,We have a custom multi-select look up to contact users in a form within the customiser.In the process designer I am looking for a way to send separate authorisation tasks to all contact users selected in the lookup when the event reaches a particular stage in the process.I have managed to get this working for a single select lookup, but I am struggling to get this working with the multi-select lookup.Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to achieve this?Thanks very much for any help.(Tried to post this in the Assyst general sub forum but wasn’t able to select it)

Quick report/lobby need to be granted manually?

Hi all, Can i check if the standard user accounts (not IFSAPP) cannot see the lobby or quick reports they created? Currently, Additional projections need to be granted manually rather than auto. Is there something that could be permission set to allow users to view quick report they create on the spot rather than look for system admin to request permission. Thanks.

Hi All,Within IFS you can copy certain lines, like in the Customer Order Line etc.But when trying to do so in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Lines we get the error message :The value "Y" has incorrect format for [Systemparametersshortageflag] in ReturnMaterial Line.Does somebody know how to avoid this message and that the copy pasting truly works in the RMA Lines ?When you copy the line in an orderless RMA Return, I also see that it takes the RMA Line no. (Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust this), so I think this is related to the error message, but don’t know for sure. When you copy a Customer Order Line you can adjust the Line no. but in the RMA Lines it is not possible to adjust this. We are currently working in IFS Cloud 22R2 SU7.Looking forward to your reply.
