Regarding the IFS Service Center accounts:One: In a case of customer having a corporation structure with multiple companies that all share a common email address, there is a technical limitation with IFS Service Center / Customer Support Portal as the customer account is currently connected to only a single company or email address. This leads the customer only seeing the cases of this one company and not the others from the same corporation. The IFS agreement is also connected to a single company even if the contents apply to all companies in the corporation structure as mentioned on the agreement contents.The issue is currently hot as we are moving from Apps10 to Cloud. Apps versions support cases with 10 year history are visible in one company’s account and the Cloud cases are visible to other company’s account. Currently I myself see only the new ones and our other portal users only the old ones, not vice versa. We’d need to see the contents of both companies old cases and be able

Hello IFS User Community,I am a member of an IFS Implementation project team, located in the UK, currently gearing up for our UK go-live.Following the UK go-live, the implementation project team then move onwards to our global IFS roll-out, implementing IFS across my organisation, with next step being IFS implementation across Australia and Singapore.In preparation for the implementation of IFS in the APAC region, are there any APAC-based IFS users on this User Community ? My intent of this question is simply to extend my working knowledge of global companies / organisations currently using IFS (outside of my current, albeit limited, knowledge of the UK IFS user base).Very many thanks in advance.
We have a requirement where two fields (emp_id and user_id) need to be visible/ not visible depending on the current company selected. Using the page designer we have tried to implement the condition as seen in below screenshots: OR We have tried the same with attribute Visible but the end result in all cases is that if there is any value other than ‘true’ in the ‘Column Visible’ field, it results in the both user_id and emp_id becoming invisible, irrespective of the current value of the field CompanyId.Any suggestions on further steps/ actions needed to make this work would be greatly appreciated. Add as many details asI would like to add hours to an activity for monitoring purposes, but I cannot use the Time Registration module. When I add hours directly to the activity, the hours do not appear in the Activity Monitoring section.Could you help me understand the correct process for recording hours on an activity, monitoring the actual hours used, and evaluating the associated costs without using the Time Registration module?I would also like to know whether additional configuration is required to make the entered hours visible in Activity Monitoring.possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

I added the Command Group – ExecuteOperationalReport to the Shop Orders Material Availability page so that I could execute the Shop Order Report directly from this page, and it works as expected.However, the issue is that this option disappears when I select multiple reports. How can I enable the multi-selection functionality?I’ve already tried adding expressions and conditions in the Enables field, but that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
Can anyone recommend best practices for splitting and rescheduling customer order lines in IFSCloud so that I can clearly see the tie between old and new lines?As an example, I have a customer who sends in an order for 200 pieces of part ABC on 01Jan2026, with a wanted delivery date of 15Oct2026. My company acknowledges the order and begins working towards scheduling/fulfillment.It becomes evident that my customer wants parts sooner and I determine that I can deliver 25 pieces on 01Jun2026, and 7 on 15Jun2026. Rather than doing a partial delivery, we create two new releases on the same line number, one for 25 pieces and one for 7, while reducing the qty on the original line by 32 pieces down from 200 to 168. In the meantime, the customer indicates that in addition to the 200 pieces, they would like 100 additional pieces, which we add in as the same line item but another release. Using “Page designer” I can add the field to the page “Quantity per Location Details” But the field is not available on the list “Inventory Part In Stock” Do you have an explanation or an idea? We are running IFS Cloud 25r1 hosted by IFS. We have a logic change for our costing process and our BOM’s are extremely large. We need to have all of our items in our build place environment in order to test this logic change thoroughly. I asked IFS Support if it was possible to clone our CFG environment to our build place environment and they told me to post my question here. Has anyone else done this before?
Hi all,In september 2026, E-invoicing & E-reporting will be mandatory in France. We were able to obtain the list of fields that will be mandatory from September 2026.I understand that the UBL file will include the mandatory fields requested by the administration, but some clients require mandatory information to be sent to them (particularly large retailers). Is it easy to add new fields in IFS CLOUD 25R2? Roughly speaking, how complex is it to add custom fields to our UBL export? Regards, Soumia
We are facing an issue in IFS Cloud where the Arrival Report is generated separately for each PO line instead of consolidating all lines under the same Purchase Order or receipt session. This results in multiple reports being printed instead of a single document containing all PO lines.We would like to understand whether this is standard behavior or if a configuration exists to group multiple PO lines into one Arrival Report.

Hi,i’m experimenting with creating bundle tasks and following the instructions in 24R2 NGSM Demystified document and not seeing the same screen options available.From a work task search, I selected the ‘Bundle’ option to create. All tasks are at new status and a bundle task number was created (see image) However, the screen screenshot in the set up guide is labelled Request Bundle Task and has a screen option including Handling information which is completely missing in the view I have.We would like to use this functionality but I’m not getting very far. We are on version 24R2.16 and moving to 25R2 in a few months.Any help would be appreciated.

I just successfully completed the IFS Cloud - Extensibility Specialist Workshop According to my understanding, this is the last step to obtain the IFS Cloud - Extensibility Certified Practitioner certification. The official document detailing the path to obtain the certification says that you should “complete this workshop to obtain the Certified Practitioner badge” How come I have not received the badge via Credly?
I’ve tried multiple browsers. Others on my team also have this same issue. After logging into the Community, I type in the search box and it returns no suggestions and no results. Any help is appreciated.
The report shows an error after I click the preview button multiple times in succession(If the clicks are not consecutive, no error occurs.), but it returns to normal after some time passes. How to check and fix the issue.
Hello When generating a report from IFS Cloud, dynamic image expressions using field values fail to resolve correctly. The same report works without issues when previewed directly in JasperSoft Studio.We have in jaspersoft $F{CONTRACT} + “_stamp.jpg” and image names uploaded with jrxml file; 1_stamp.jpg 2_stamp.jpg but we cannot call these dynamic image names in IFS. When we hardcode image name and call Operational Report from IFS it works fine.Is there any way how could we call different images for same report? Thank you
Hi everyone, Following issue has been reported by multiple users: If you work with a list in IFS Cloud (25 R1), users use to order the sequence of lines according their need. For instance, in view Customer Order Lines, lines are ordered based on ascending creation date: If you then open the detailed view of a customer order and afterwards get back to your list, the previous set line order has been deleted and shows the standard list view sequence: In IFS10, the self defined line sequence was kept on hold after opening the detailed view.
