Business Reporter report is scheduled to send an email. But it’s not attached the xlsx file in the email even though the email body has below “The Excel-file for report XXXXX is ready and is attached in this mail. Hello, We are using the IFS 9.4 application. A specific email service provider is configured within the application for email services. Since this service provider has upgraded the TLS version to 1.2, we have started experiencing connection issues in our system. Hi,Did any of you face the below situation?In APPS10, we have an Order Report that uses a Crystal layout instead of rdl. The report shows an error after I click the preview button multiple times in succession(If the clicks are not consecutive, no error occurs.), but it returns to normal after some time passes. How to check and fix the issue.

Greetings!I made a slight change to the Config ID for a Customer Order T8184. When I made the change I was going to update supply config but accidentally clicked unpeg customer order line. Now the DOP 15116 shows no demand. I tried looking up the customer order in the list of values to repeg it, but it does not show up. How do I fix it? 

HI All, we are using IFS Assyst and have discovered by chance the use of operators to enhance the Assyst Search function. e.g. as follows: ASSYST SEARCH OPERATORSstring - A Simple string to search and match (e.g. hello)OR - Logical operator to concatenate strings to search for (e.g. hello OR helo)! - Logical operator to negate a search string (e.g. hello OR helo !ciao) My question is, does anyone know what the allowed combination of logical search operators are and what is the deal with the date restriction in this search feature. I tried searching for a string which I knew had tickets from 2024/25 in but I only saw results from this current year 2026. All help welcome as I was not able to find a decent article which matched my experience so far.

During our recent production outage, we observed that multiple servers are attempting to delete the same message repeatedly, causing database blocking. The repeated deletion attempts occur within active transactions, leading to locking issues, causing conflicts and prolonged transaction locks. Also, from the server logs we could see a message - 'trying to delete non-existent record'. So, we assume that the request is already processed by server A, and unknowingly server B is processing the same request which resulted in 'trying to delete non-existent record'Could of you help to understand1. Hello IFS Community,I hope you are well.I have created a lobby of type Counter, which allows filtering based on a specific field. When I navigate to access the target screen, the navigation works correctly and the screen opens as expected. However, the filter does not apply on this screen.For your information, I have properly added the filter in the condition and I have also checked the option “Use the data source condition.”I have already implemented the same type of lobby and navigation on another screen using the same logic, and it works properly there.Please find attached a screenshot of the screen with the lobby element for reference.Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there is any additional configuration required for the filter to be applied correctly during navigation?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Karim 

I wonder if it is possible to encrypt data using "DBMS_CRYPTO" or "SQL*Net".Are there any IFS users who are using these features to encrypt data?Also, if there are any users who have achieved SQL encryption using other methods, please let us know the IFS version and the general method of how to do it.

If an order is in status Invoiced/closed, are you able to roll back, so that you are able to cancell the order.In our system today we have decided that all our SCO orders will not stop at any steps, so they are Invoiced/closed from the start. That means that no “manually” steps are made.That works fine on 90 % of our invoices from the service contract module.But some of our customers would like to see a proforma invoice, before they want to pay.That means that I need the possibility to sent a proforma invoice to the customer from the SCO order and then be able to set the order back in status “Planned”, if I do not want to invoice the customer for this amount.Do anyone of you know, if this is possible to roll back and already Invoiced/closed order ?
