Hello everyone,we are currently looking for a persistent and preferably officially supported way to customize the IFS Cloud login / landing page background image.We are running IFS Cloud 25.2.7.Since IFS Cloud 25.2.2, we identified the login background image inside the ifsapp-proxy container at:/usr/share/nginx/html/landing-page/background/IFS-CLOUD-SERV-INDUSTRIES.webpTechnically, we are able to replace the image by creating a Kubernetes Secret containing our custom background image and making it available to the ifsapp-proxy deployment.This works, but our concern is that this is not an officially supported or upgrade-safe customization.The customization could potentially be overwritten or lost during operations such as:Middle Tier restart / recreation Pod or deployment recreation IFS Installer execution Helm upgrade IFS Cloud update Redeployment of ifsapp-proxyWe therefore contacted IFS Support to ask whether there is an officially supported way to configure the login background glob

Hi all,In App9, we can see the full user limit in License Metrics. In my case is 170. How can we see this info in IFS Cloud? From License Metrics in Cloud, i can only see the “IFS users that consume a full license” instead of the total license we have.Thanks.Regards,Zhan Hao

Dear IFS Community,  We hold a perpetual license for both IFS and Oracle. In the event that we do not renew the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with IFS, will the company cease issuing user license keys, or will we still be able to obtain them as needed?

We have a requirement where two fields (emp_id and user_id) need to be visible/ not visible depending on the current company selected. Using the page designer we have tried to implement the condition as seen in below screenshots: OR We have tried the same with attribute Visible but the end result in all cases is that if there is any value other than ‘true’​ in the ‘Column Visible’ field, it results in the both user_id and emp_id becoming invisible, irrespective of the current value of the field CompanyId.Any suggestions on further steps/ actions needed to make this work would be greatly appreciated. Read in few other forums that report designer will be replaced by Report Studio. Is that true and is there any time frame on it?

Dear Community,We have found that the Heavy & Light Cleanup Database Tasks are not behaving as expected in IFS Cloud.An example we have is the clearing of history logs. We have had to manually remove a large number of history logs which should have been cleared by the cleanup jobs.The Database tasks are active and running daily, yet the logs are still there.We have remedied this by creating a Database Task Chain Schedule for both Heavy and Light cleanup tasks. But we need to understand why the cleanup jobs are not working.We have enabled the automatic cleanup for the history logs to be deleted as well however when we query those tables we see lots of data coming wich should have been deleted by now.For example when we query a certain table lots of data keeps fetching and the number of days we have given to store these data within IFS in history log configuration window was just 1 day.Further we noticed that both heavy and light cleanup jobs gets completed within less than 3s and th

The IFS documentation indicates that Server 2019 is the only updated version(Link). Any follow-up mentions for Windows Server 2022 since then? If such a possibility exists, is it mentioned in an acceptable recommended source?

Hello IFS, The IFS Partner SharePoint page that contains IFS Cloud-related information has become inaccessible again.I previously reported this issue through a ticket in the Partner Portal, and access was restored. However, as of today, the page is no longer accessible once again. The information about this page can be found at the link below.  If this page has been replaced or moved due to a policy change, I would greatly appreciate it if partners could be informed in advance and provided with the replacement location. Add as many details asI would like to add hours to an activity for monitoring purposes, but I cannot use the Time Registration module. When I add hours directly to the activity, the hours do not appear in the Activity Monitoring section.Could you help me understand the correct process for recording hours on an activity, monitoring the actual hours used, and evaluating the associated costs without using the Time Registration module?I would also like to know whether additional configuration is required to make the entered hours visible in Activity Monitoring.possible, by providing details you’ll make it easier for others to reply

I added the Command Group – ExecuteOperationalReport to the Shop Orders Material Availability page so that I could execute the Shop Order Report directly from this page, and it works as expected.However, the issue is that this option disappears when I select multiple reports. How can I enable the multi-selection functionality?I’ve already tried adding expressions and conditions in the Enables field, but that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?    

Can anyone recommend best practices for splitting and rescheduling customer order lines in IFSCloud so that I can clearly see the tie between old and new lines?As an example, I have a customer who sends in an order for 200 pieces of part ABC on 01Jan2026, with a wanted delivery date of 15Oct2026.   My company acknowledges the order and begins working towards scheduling/fulfillment.It becomes evident that my customer wants parts sooner and I determine that I can deliver 25 pieces on 01Jun2026, and 7 on 15Jun2026.    Rather than doing a partial delivery,   we create two new releases on the same line number, one for 25 pieces and one for 7, while reducing the qty on the original line by 32 pieces down from 200 to 168.   In the meantime, the customer indicates that in addition to the 200 pieces, they would like 100 additional pieces, which we add in as the same line item but another release.  Sorting out what is a “rescheduled” qty directly from each line and what is new is difficult throu

Has anyone successfully implemented a digital signature on the last page of a dynamically paginated report using only Report Rules in IFS Apps 10?

We are running IFS Cloud 25r1 hosted by IFS.  We have a logic change for our costing process and our BOM’s are extremely large.  We need to have all of our items in our build place environment in order to test this logic change thoroughly.  I asked IFS Support if it was possible to clone our CFG environment to our build place environment and they told me to post my question here.  Has anyone else done this before? 

Hi all,In september 2026, E-invoicing & E-reporting will be mandatory in France. We were able to obtain  the list of fields that will be mandatory from September 2026.I understand that the UBL file will include the mandatory fields requested by the administration, but some clients require mandatory information to be sent to them (particularly large retailers). Is it easy to add new fields in IFS CLOUD 25R2? Roughly speaking, how complex is it to add custom fields to our UBL export? Regards, Soumia
