Hello everyone, I downloaded developer studio 23.2 from ifs developer portal : IFS Developer PortalI end up with this file : SetupDeveloperStudio_23.2-64bit.exeI execute the file, it’s configuring the application (short loading screen). On the next step, it froze. There is 4 options at the bottom of the screen of the application, but no text appearing and the commands are not working. I waited for very long, nothing happened. Had to quit from task manager. Then I deleted the folder .developerstudioparent-installer, redownloaded the same version : still freezing. Any help would be appreciated : My windows is in 64 bits with this parameters :Version 22H2, Build 22621.2428, Professionnal versionRegards

I currently have a number of deployments in a state of admin. when i restart they stay in the state of admin. i have tried to research what the state ‘Admin’ means but cannot find an answer. Can anyone tell me what the state ‘Admin’ means and how to change to active

Parameter name : cert)I’ve already added the chrome extension (ifs aurena extension).The address i’m setting up is correct and working for many other user using also chrome in the same company.My windows is 64bitsAlso it works for other people with the same system configuration in our company.Any help will be greatly appreciated !Regards,

Hello,We have a custom multi-select look up to contact users in a form within the customiser.In the process designer I am looking for a way to send separate authorisation tasks to all contact users selected in the lookup when the event reaches a particular stage in the process.I have managed to get this working for a single select lookup, but I am struggling to get this working with the multi-select lookup.Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to achieve this?Thanks very much for any help.(Tried to post this in the Assyst general sub forum but wasn’t able to select it)

Hi all, Can i check if the standard user accounts (not IFSAPP) cannot see the lobby or quick reports they created? Currently, Additional projections need to be granted manually rather than auto. Is there something that could be permission set to allow users to view quick report they create on the spot rather than look for system admin to request permission. Thanks.

A user has an error mentioned in the screen below, the error disepear when the user change the Windows region from turkey to usa and he restart his computer.  

How could i give access to a pdf file please (attachment) SCREEN: PRAPARING WORK ORDERThe error is : You can’t display this file because you may not have the necessary rights or the file is not yet archivedThe user is already in (Docs base/persons group) but it is not enough 

I would like to verify my understanding regarding the below article. IFS Product - 23R1SU9 – Time registration page gives multiple errorsWe have currently version 23.1.8. If we install service update 23R1 SU10, then those time registration pages work even though we don’t have OBRM component, is that correct? 

Hi All,Within IFS you can copy certain lines, like in the Customer Order Line etc.But when trying to do so in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Lines we get the error message :The value "Y" has incorrect format for [Systemparametersshortageflag] in ReturnMaterial Line.Does somebody know how to avoid this message and that the copy pasting truly works in the RMA Lines ?When you copy the line in an orderless RMA Return, I also see that it takes the RMA Line no. (Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust this), so I think this is related to the error message, but don’t know for sure. When you copy a Customer Order Line you can adjust the Line no. but in the RMA Lines it is not possible to adjust this. We are currently working in IFS Cloud 22R2 SU7.Looking forward to your reply.

Hi,We are using IFS10 update 15.Basic setup is so, that we have warehouse in different site than manufacturing is. Customer orders are entered to warehouse site and MS level 1 part is active in warehouse site. If there is a need to manufacture more to warehouse, system creates Distribution order to manufacturing site. Also purchase order and customer order between the sites are created automatically. In manufacturing site, they create Shop Order and then they do ’backwards pegging’. Sometimes, there is that situation that DO receipt date is two weeks ahead but production has possibility to produce earlier (SO need date is earlier than DO receipt date) → when they do ‘backward pegging’ correctly to SO, Why DO date is not changing ?    If manufacturing is later than DO receipt date, then DO date is updated correctly..

Hi,I am testing Event/Event Action NOTIFY_NEXT_AUTH/Notify authorizers of invoices to be authorized next.The mail are sent successfully, however the mail in mailbox shows that the mail are sent from MAIL_SENDER not from User:  Please se below picture example, the mail I received is sent from MAIL_SENDER1, not from Finance center.Finance center is active User Id and person ID. Does anyone know what to do so the mail sent from in Outlook mail shows the user ID/User ID e-post address? 

Good afternoon, We are dealing with some old RMA’s that we want to book in for Italian Customers/Site. But now we receive the message : The new date must be equal to or greater than the start date of the latest period in the inventory value statistics. Can it be that this message is caused by Month or Year closing ?We can not receive the products anymore and we are completely stuck, because we don’t know which date we need to enter in order for us to move on and perform the transaction without an issue ! Looking forward to your expertise.

Hello,Is there a way to search processes for a specific SVD?Example:We have a team with an SVD, and they recently made improvements and no longer need a task to their SVD.I want to search all processes to confirm which send an event to the SVD and review to make sure if the task needs to be removed, or if it’s related to other work.

I am having trouble with granting access to users in Aurena to be able to report scrap on the Shop Order Operations Reporting screen. I have granted them access to ReportComponentScrapHandling but they are still receiving a insufficient privileges error message. Is there something that I am missing? 

HiCan someone can help me ? I would like to create a tax report for my french VAT tax return.I would like to associate my report with the standard IFS tax report GFR001 but the error message tell that it does not exist (however it does..., see below) :  Do you know why ?I also tried to create a new tax template from different existing tax template but same result = all are available in the list of the Template ID to choose but never recongnize by IFS after validation… Thanks in advance for your help.Regards 

Hello,Is it possible to create functional user groups in assyst? An example would be a user reports a service outage that affects a service are, we would want to log the ticket under that service area as opposed to any specific user.A simple example would be we want each province to be a “user”, as each is a service group. This would allow us to easily report on MI’s in specific areas.Thanks in advance for any feedback.

We want to not produce /send an invoice line for a zero dollar sales part (e.g. Chep Pallets) on the EDI 810 XML file.  Is there a way to do that in IFS 9.0?

HI, I have some questions regarding Reminders to customers.I would like to generate an overview of all reminders send for each customer with an overdue invoice for activity measurement and check the success rate of all reminders.  Is ‘Customer Reminder History’ the correct way to get this overview?  What happens in case the email with the reminder message is not in use anymore, is out of office, etc where does the automatic or manual reply of the customer end up?
