Can we import MRO reports from Apps10 to IFS Cloud?

We are upgrading from Apps9 to IFSCloud but run into issues trying to get the database to upgrade. The only upgrade that works is from the original Buid-Home on 22.1.4 but it was my understandign that recreating the build-home would allow me to upgrade directly to 22.2.4 without going through the intervening steps, however all I get is database errors, especially in INSTALLATION_SYS and DATABASE_SYS as if its missing data in the buildI can upgrade the inital 22.1.4 build but I have to use the --set deliveryValidationEnabled=false parameter as my baseline delivery IDs are mismatching and I’m unsure what the purpose of the deliveries without Baselines is.I’m sure I am missing a part of the process but not sure which part so any advice would be great.

Hi,  With the help of Sajith D in this topic I was able to config SSO login for our Cloud R2 setups: “https://community.ifs.com/upgrades-updates-81/azure-ad-sso-with-ifs-cloud-r2-17998”Problem is now that as soon as I configure the “Directory ID” on a user so that the user can login through SSO, they get below errors once they are logged in: They are logged in but unable to see any pages. They can log out however. Their profile settings show no data for them.I have done this on three different environments with same result. If I remove the Directory ID they can login as a database user without problems.Am I missing something essential here? IFS Cloud documentation seem to say I only need to define the directory ID after the SSO is setup in IFS IAM.Help would be appreciated!  /Jacob  

HiI have installed SU 22.2.3 - 3-8-0-0. It looks like it successfully installed per the below. I have checked delivery registrations but I cant see the delivery ID in the list. I was just wondering why this hasn't been updated. I can see that the delivery has a delivery ID in the databases folder. Can I run the SQL manually to update the delivery registrations screen?  RegardsGary

What are updates in IFS10 from UPD1 to UPD17

Hi allWe have trouble using Aurena after installation of UPD15.  Does anybody have excperience with Edge and Aurena running UPD15 ?  We installed upd14 and 15 in our prod environment the 29th of September and have trouble in Aurena since…..Have anyone had the same problem and how did you solve this ?  

Hello Community, We are planning on upgrading oracle 12.2 to 19.3.  We are on premise.  Does an IFS upgrade task list exist?   Is there anything in IFS that requires changes to support oracle 19? Thanks       

We recently upgraded our Cylance Endpoint protection agent to version 3.0.1005 and since then Astea  form request are noticeably slower to pull any sort of data. Has anyone upgraded to Cylance agent version 3.0 and experienced performance issue on client side Astea for request. I added disable cylance on the client machine, as a test with Astea performing with an acceptable performance. Version of Astea would be 14.5

HI community, We upgrated our Cloud to 22R2 SU1 last month and we had an issue when creating a user account and also setting the password. Application throw an client error and below is the error shown in the browser developer tool.{"error":{"code":"ODATA_PROVIDER_ERROR","message":"An internal server error occurred. How can I save password in ifs10 ?

Dear community, IFS 8 allowed to put specification limits (outer/inner min, outer/inner max) and nominal value on control plans for a data points of type “Attribute”. In VCloud, it is not allowed.  Is there any configuration that is available that would enable the use of values in the Min and Max fields for a data point of type “attribute”.The goal is to give to the operator the dimensions to meet but the measured value is not fulfilled in the analysis result. We only need to know the number of non-conforming parts. Thanks for your help

Hello,I use IFS 9 in VMWare  server. IFS and Oracle DB 12c are running in same server (VMWare Server name IFS_Test). Server operating system is Windows 2016 Standart server.I clone IFS_Test to IFS_TEST_NEW Shutdown IFS_TEST server. Opened IFS_TEST_NEW and changed IP address x.37 to x.251 Oracle is running and I can connect from SQL Developer. But IFS not connected to Oracle. IFS_TEST_NEW connect to Oracle if IFS_TEST server is open. But I have to delete IFS_TEST server.  I need to change connection IP for Oracle DB in IFS_TEST_NEW.How can I do and where can I do ? Note : IFS Middleware Server Admin Console is not working on browser

(I work in US10 Finance) We are post Thor go-live and I have a customer asking for invoices from 2017.  I have always had read-only access to BIZ 7.5 - Today, the APP is not working (access point was Citrix - which is no good now, I've added a pic).  I have asked around to my colleagues if there is a new URL or if they have any knowledge - no one knows.  The suggestion to create a case came up, I am hoping that is not necessary and one of you great folks can provide at least insight, as I feel I must have missed some communique or something.  Thanks for your time. 

Hi Team,Below are my few queries regarding service updates:Recently we applied the SU9 IFS 22R1 in our CFG environment. But after 2 weeks we found another service update SU10 is available. Also in one of IFS case its mentioned that there is a fix available in 22R1 SU11. I’m confused although 22R2 released on month of October still we are receiving service update in the older version 22R1. Till what extent this will continue. How long IFS going to support the old releases as in every 6 month one new release come up. Is there any recommendation of the version customer to go in production. As per standard practice it should n-1 or n-2 where n stands for the latest release. Is there any such recommendation from IFS?Regards,RR

On the community I found all the What’s new presentation of IFS Application 10 per UPD. What I cannot find is the What’s new presentation of Apps 10 RTM. Is this information available and where can I find this?I also wonder why some of the IFS Applications Update What’s New Presentations contains a huge number of files while others are relative small. Like Update 4 (505 slides) Update 5 (698 slides). Does these ppt contain all the What’s new slide from the previous updates?What would very useful if there is one ppt which contain all the What’s new from Apps 10 RTM until UPD 17. Is that available?I am aware of the IFS Upgrade Enhancement Index that is very useful, but to give a customer who wants to Upgrade more detail information I would like to have PPT.
