I am currently in the midst of testing the IFS Cloud IFS Connect Reader using SFTP. While I have conducted several successful tests with the known host file, I have encountered an issue when using the private key-public key pair. I am unsure whether this is a bug in the application or if someone has successfully used the private key to read an SFTP location via the IFSCloud Connect Reader. I would greatly appreciate any insights or comments on this matter.

I have been working for several months to upgrade our databases from 12c to 19c, but I am stuck on a particular issue that I cannot seem to resolve. I chose the manual method (expdp/impdp) as this is what is endorsed by IFS and recommended by the consultants. We get 2500+ errors during the import, most of which, the consultants stated can be ignored as they are 12c objects that are no longer in 19c, however, there are a handful of errors that reference our app owner and I feel they are related:Error during import:dbms_scheduler.enable('"PROCESS_ALL_PENDING"');COMMIT; END;ORA-39083: Object type PROCOBJ:""."RUN_JOB" failed to create with error:ORA-06550: line 8, column 265:PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not existUpon completion of the import phase, then installation of IFS, Batch Queues cannot be “Reinitialized” as they produce the error:"appowner". Hi Community,  I'm currently facing issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2. Several pods are showing problematic statuses. Please refer to the attached screenshot. This occurred after the mtinstallation. Has anyone encountered similar issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2? Hello We have function inforeport created with JaspersoftAfter we insert value into shipment_id in this table it fetches us good layout in pdf file.We would like to call it with command -  But we have no destination attribute to select And when we execute this report without any attribute mapped it returns us to starting screen Could you please recommend solution on how to use InfoReports with command buttons? Thank you

We are in the progress of planning the update from IFS Cloud 24R1 to 24R2. At the same time we would like to apply SU3. I have searched far and wide for guidelines but came up short. Our rough plan now is to first apply the RU and then apply the SU before creating the delivering to Use Place.Is there any best practices or guidelines available? Does anyone like to share their experiences?

We have previously taken a Out-of-band (OOB) fix for a critical bug that has been resolved in a SU. We have taken the SU when it was release. Before taking the SU, we obsoleted the files in our solution repository.Is it possible for us to completely remove the customisation files now after we have taken the SU and we are back on “core level” for these entities? This will obviously also apply for any other customisation, not only for OOBs.

Where can I find information about when IFS 10 Update 27 will be released?Also is there any information about if an Update 28 will be released?

Hello,We are in the process of upgrading to 24R2 from 23R1 and have completed the Release Update deployment in all environments up to UAT, except for Production. However, during the UAT  testing phase, an issue was highlighted which is ,mentioned in below Topic:Currently, IFS is investigating this issue, which is preventing us from proceeding with the Release Update deployment in the Production environment. However, as we are running out of time and it is impacting the go-live of our client's business , we would like to proceed with the final step complete Release update process ,i.e. last step in which we do cutover process of complete release update step in Release Update Studio.So is it okay if we do this step without doing release update deployment in production ? ,The goal is to retain the Build Place with the new release so that it is available for customizations after the upgrade.Once the Build Place is upgraded, we plan to deploy our customizations on top of 24R2 in the Product

has the Handling units (list view) screen been removed in cloud ? or moved to another location currently visable in EE apps10 

Hi,In Cloud 24r2 in the work order under materials requisition lines it has the create multiple purchase requisition lines but when you select that option it only does one. How does this functionality work? It finally got fixed in APPS10. Did this change or am I doing something wrong?Any help would be great.Maggie

Hello, I have one simply question:IFS documentation mention that OS Linux supported version for IFS Cloud Remote is 20.04 LTSIs this condition stiil recommended?Does IFS support and recommend installing Ubuntu 22.04 LTS instead?Is it acceptable?

I am attempting to perform an Update Analysis of a new release, but am encountering this error when the tool is attempting to clone the customer-solution repository master branch.Are there other configurations I need to complete before launching this tool? I do have access to the DevOps environment from witihin our cloud build place, and am able to successfully open it with a browser. Here is a screenshot 

Hello IFS,What is the process when a delivery/SU/RU is received from IFS and it contains changes to e.g. a DB field where the existing DB field is removed and replaced by a NEW DB field with a DIFFERENT name?This is causing major headaches to try to backtrack as the old field might have been used in existing events, BPA (workflows), print-out reports, 3rd party work flows and Power Bi reports that will start to fail when the OLD DB field is no longer availabe.How are other customers handling this?Is there a change log available from IFS’s side with these details?Br Hans

Hi All,I recently performed an upgrade installation for a customer using version 24R2, and the installation was completed successfully. However, when attempting to log in to the application for the first time, it displays the message: "Account is disabled. Contact your administrator."  I have checked the account status from the database, and the account is not active. I updated the status to active by modifying the FND_USER_TAB table. However, I still cannot log in to the application. I’d appreciate any guidance, best practices, or documentation links you could share on this topic.Thanks in advance for your help!

APP 10 end of extended support is March 27, 2028What is the Update-plan for APP 10 leading up to that date?Update 26 was released December 5, 2024. Will there be 4 updates released in 2025, 2026 and 2027 as well? What about 2028?Does anyone have any info on this subject ?

I was interested in finding out how people have handled the problem that the ova version of ubuntu which runs 20:04 has a version of libcurl that does not support CIDR notation, which means that we must individual ip addresses och not networks which would be much better ?Is it too much to ask that IFS updates the OS to at least 22:04 or higher or at least give us the chance to run a lInux distribution of our choice like Redhat Linux 8 or 9./Craig
