Hi,

Are you installing a brand new IFS MW instance or upgrading an existing instance?

Did you check the PLSQLAP_ENVIRONMENT_TAB table to make sure the information looks correct?

Out of curiosity, any reason you are going ahead Linux instead of Windows for your Application Server?

Hi,

Probably worth checking that you can access Aurena or whether you get an error there as well. The error in question indicates that there is some sort of an issue with the Managed servers so making sure that they are up and running would be a good place to start.

Cheers

Hi,

we can access Aurena but the navigator menu still continue loading and didn’t appear.

I’ve check the Managed server  from admin console and they are running as well.

Please advise and thank you for your assistance.

Thank you.

Hi @Rescky.Putri ,

How is your HTTPS setup for this instance? Is it setup using the same FQDN as the Linux box or are you using Pass through SSL with a client access URL?

Cheers
