Apps 9 - Incident reporter - mobile touch apps

Is anyone familiar with configuring mobile touch apps?

 

i can get it connected and working but for some reason the pictures do not save for all users! Any ideas? Thinking it’s a document or media privilege/grant I am missing

Hi @BLLBrucemo 

First, check the permissions documents allowed or not. I have attached the permission sets we need to check on it. Once those two permissions are checked for the users using touchapps then they must be able to upload pictures.
