mWO (Cloud) error with Object online search/download

Hi,

I’m getting the below error when downloading objects to mobile device on mWO (Service Engineer). What permissions should I grant to the users to get pass this? They already can see objects that were on the tasks sent to them.

Hi,

Does the end user have the permission to the “ObjectInformaton” security? Can they navigate to the task objects to see object details?

This is because of missing projection grants. Mobile security Groups grant the permission for the background data sync. But to perform online actions/queries, you also need the relevant projection grants.

Hey Sampath, how are you doing :)

 

Yes, verified that ObjectInformaton is granted and they can see full detail of the objects on the tasks. They can also go to Objects tile from the homescreen and view details. The error appears only when attempted to download. Is there a way to debug them? Similar to using the IFS Cloud Developer Tool browser extension to find permission issues related to projections etc in the web client?

do you know what these projections are? I have granted pretty much all but still continuing to get this error.
