Is there a way to get the customer signature entered on the mobile devices when completing a WO (MWO) to the backoffice work order report?
Assume this signature is saved as a blob in the database but how can we get this into a Crystal report?
+6You can enable customer signature as part of the report in process. It is set up in the workflow definition. The signature is stored as an image(blob) and can be pulled in to a report.
Thanks Joakim. Do you know where in the database (which table) this is stored? Technical guys couldn’t identify where to pull it from in the database to the report.
