Invoicing of service contract

Forum|alt.badge.img+5

When i executed the invoicing of Service contract in background jobs i noticed that warning ‘Invoicing could not be completed for following Service Contract(s), probably due to stop in the Customer Order type that is used’

Note: i kept Cust Order Type as enabled from create invoice.

Hi @Raviprasadprem ,

Try to uncheck all the check boxes in the SEO order type and run service contract invoicing again.

Hi @Raviprasadprem ,
What is the customer order type you have used ? Please check whether using SEO will sort the issue.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Nethmini

Where is this basic data defined? When I generate a invoice from IFS Cloud service contract the CO type is still NO.  Is it defined for service agreements or where ?

The question is already posted a long time ago but since there is no answer yet: you can find it under the window ‘Customer order Type’. (Now at least the answer is there for future questions ;-))
