I have a customer who is looking for us to provide ‘best practice’ for these fields and the best way to utilize them in IFS Cloud.

There is a section in IFS Cloud - Next-Generation Service Management demystified (23R2) | IFS Community that explains SFM in general. If you google FRACAS, FMEA, and RCM you should get lots of best practices.
