On company screen the below checkbox on Apps9 is not available on Apps10. Any idea where would be this functionality in Apps10?

That functionality has been removed in Apps 10. I do not believe that there is the same option available.
What you can do, is to add TIFF file type in DocMan file types (under page ‘EDM basic’) that allows you to handle TIFF file types if needed (view, edit, add as attachment...) . Otherwise you can use the convert option to automatically turn the TIFF files into PDFs and view them instead. This should allow similar functionality.
