Are there any hidden options available for adding new tiles to IFS MWO Service Eng App? I can see all the other options from page designer (Adding groups, lists and cards) except tiles.

Hi,
From version IFS Cloud 23R1 of IFS Cloud this is possible to do, but not on earlier versions on IFS Cloud.
Please read this part of the documentation for 23R1.
