HR Manager Rights - No access to the employees in Preliminary Status

Hello, 

Does anyone know why IFS has removed the ability to view the employees in Preliminary Status from HR Manager Rights?

 

That becomes too complicated in setting up the New Employee Group for all HR personnel.

Hi,

I can access Preliminary employees with “HR Application Manager” ticked. Can it be that you just populate (F2) the page? To see Preliminary you have to query (F3)..?

In Aurena I can see them without querying...
