Not sure if this is the correct sub forum to post this question. If not, kindly advise me what’s the correct sub forum. We try to open case attachments from the old [closed] IFS cases that we reported in the past. Seems it’s not possible. Not just me, all my colleagues I tested the issue seem to have it. It would be interesting to know if other customers also face the same issue.Is this an intentional restriction from the IFS side? In IFS Academy, what is the most suitable training to master and manage the projections for access rights?

can somebody clarify, once a course started, what happens to the waitlisted candidates.are they automatically registered for next  available course as per schedule ? is there a notification to waitlisted candidates indicating if ?  appreciate an update. Bruno 

I have been told about IFS ERP software, and I am interested to learn it, is it possible to apply in the academy if I am not customer or partner ? If no is this a third party who can provide these kid of trainings and how much does it cost approximately?  thank you in advance 

Hi,Has there been some training or good practice workshop for system administrators?We are currently using IFSAPP10 SaaS and hear internally that more understanding of some administrative topics would be needed as the technical documentation is not always sufficient.Do you have some resources that you could link here? Thank you.
