Hi,

Has there been some training or good practice workshop for system administrators?

We are currently using IFSAPP10 SaaS and hear internally that more understanding of some administrative topics would be needed as the technical documentation is not always sufficient.

Do you have some resources that you could link here?

IFS Academy is also available for IFS Customers. You can find details how to access in the link below:
