MWO Client refresh

Thank you for the reply. Yes this works when we do the action directly from the called procedure. The issue we are having is, we have to create this report in background call. This is not a standard IFS report and to keep the flexibility we have to trigger that in an event action.The procedure called from the client trigger the background job.

The report creation is completed usually within 10-20 seconds after the technician trigger the action. The challenge we are having is triggering a client page refresh when this happens. We noticed the overview pages like Task Steps gets auto refreshed if we change something from the Cloud. However this never happens with details pages like the Work Details page. Do you know how this refresh happens with overview pages?
