We have this situation:
From MWO app/ Work Details page, we trigger the creation of a pdf document, which is the service report. (an action called “Create Service Report” setup on the page does that).
This create the report and attach it to the task.
The reference to the report gets transferred to the MWO app also.
However, in the Work Details page, in the attachments link, we don’t see there is an attachment. This appears if we go to another page and come back to this page.
We can see the attachment if we click on that attachment icon as well even when it does not show the count 1.
So the issue is, the MWO client page does not get refreshed when we get new data from the database.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get this auto refreshed?
We are running Application service update: 24.1.7
