Hi all,IFS Cloud/PSOI was wondering what are the configurations/basic data to Schedule automatically with PSO in IFS CLOUD.Are there any committ rules on IFS CLOUD as well? Currently the flow I am running is as follows:1. Creation of Request creation and subsequent task2. Task allocation thanks to PSO3. Dispatch clicking button "assign" to validate/modify PSO scheduling on DC Console4. Dispatch clicking "Transfer to Mobile" to send it to the resource on the mobile 5. The flow continues in the standard way thanks to the MWO Service. Is there any way to automatically validate the scheduling done by the PSO without the Dispatcher clicking Assign on every task (ex: the night before/after every hour)? I was thinking Commit rules or a Job?From my tests, Assign is important to generate the Work Assigment and to allow the "Complete" status on the MWO to update the status from Work Start to Work Done. Am I doing something wrong?
I am trying to upload remittance advice data from a text file. I have created an external file template off the ExtCustPayment file type. When I use the External File Assistant to upload the file, I get an error about Payment Method (Way_Id) cannot be null. It is not null and I can see it has data in the External File Transactions Detail page.Payment Method Mandatory Error, but has dataI am not sure if it is just a bad value (thought I did get the value from the dropdown list on the External Payments dropdown for payment type) or if it is not recognizing that there is data in the field.We are using IFS10.In case it is needed, here is the File Template build I am using:External File TemplateI have tried to simplify it down to just the bare bones.Thanks, Ron

Hi ,I am working in Apps 9 and I have a question regarding forecast consumption. There are no actual demand for this MSL1 part on 6th, 7th and 8th month. So how come the Forecast is consumed ? Checked in Inventory Part Availability Planning as well. Hi, I need to add a line into the Header of the SEPA file. it’s a constant, like company name. Please note SEPA is working fine - we just need to add a header line.We can’t figure it out.There is no “File Template ID” associated with it. Client Mapping is only columns. I’m stumped. Hello everyone,I'd like to thank you for your help with my concern about completing my financial projects.In fact, when I try to complete my financial project, it tells me that there is an unbalanced voucher (Details In the first screen shoot), which prevents me from finishing the process.When I look at the voucher number that the message mentions, I can see that my voucher are well balanced and are already in the GL (In second screen shoot).So, if anyone has already encountered this error, can you tell me how I can resolve it?Attached is a screenshot of the error message.Thanks to all

Hi All, I have requirement from customer where they would like to have such option in IFS which allows multiple users to edit the same document at same time.As far as I am aware in IFS it is not possible to access the document by other users until it is been checked back in by the user who checkout to edit the document.So, do we have any such functionality in IFS Cloud?? or Any work around solution to achieve this requirement.You help and suggestions are highly appreciated. Hi, The business I'm employed by is considering the purchase of Project MRP (or pMRP) to compliment our existing packages (IFS Apps 10 and APB). However, it's not entirely clear what additional features pMRP provides (and the problems this tackles that the 'stock' planning tools can't). Can you please outline its key contributions to production planning or at least some information with respect to it. I can't find any detailed resources online for reference. Many thanks, Jay
Hello to the community,I am trying supplier invoicing workflow and for the first time, I am having two lines of M18 when matching PO receipts (parts received into arrival) on the manual supplier invoice, does anyone know what could be the reason for this and how to avoid having this problem in the future? I found a table named PROJECT_GROUP_LOV in the database.Now i want to add some records to this table.But how can I see where this table is used in which interface in IFS?It should be under Financials => Project Accounting => Projects => Project Groups but there is only PROJECT_GROUPS table here.
We are currently on apps 10 upd 18 Aurena and in the middle of a cloud upgrade. We’ve noticed in apps 10 that the Inventory Part Usage Tracing page doesn’t load when you click it from the navigator. It’s like there’s no URL under the page.I can RMB on Inventory Transaction History and see “Open link in new tab”When I RMB on Inventory Part Usage Tracing in the navigator it shows me the menu that looks like I’m not clicked on a link. Does anyone else have this issue? Eventually after clicking it (~10 mins of waiting) it will load but there is no indication on the screen that it’s loading.

one of our users has reported that he’s noticed the Safety Stock and Min Lot Size fields being updated unexpectedly. He’s noticed that these fields get changed to 0 and is not sure why this is happening. He’s asked his staff if anyone is changing the values but no one is. Is there a process that may be updating these fields that we’re not aware of?This is a snipit of the screen from Production with the values set to 0Here is a snipi from a non prod environment that was a refresh of Production February 4. We have following problem with a workflow which does not trigger from a mobile app.We created an event on the ReceiptInfo table (on change of rowstate) If we do a receipt in Aurena / Wadaco in the browser The event triggers The workflow triggers.When we use for example the SCANIT app to do a receiptWe see the event triggers But the workflow does not trigger? We have set the workflow as async so wondering how we can debug it and how the workflows work together with the mobile apps? Hi Team Greetings When we are trying to link advance invoice in manual supplier invoice to create an offset. We are getting a following error On analysis, in Posting IP3, it is taking null value. If we add new posting control in IP3 with code part as currency, control type as country code. Still it does not work.Have any one seen such issues earlier?
Hi!Case:Direct Delivery orders CO + PO were done Customer Order lines were unpegged from the PO After that related Direct Delivery Purchase Order was closed with “register direct delivery” (and the supplier invoice was matched and paid) Now the Customer Order is hanging in status released (unpegged from the original closed PO). How to cancel the wrongly closed direct delivery PO? RMA from CO is not available since the order was unpegged. Nor can we do an RMA manually from scratch as the CO is not delivered.

We are updating from FSM 6 v16 to v26 and are currently regression testing. So much of it looks good except for one area - opening Repair Center screen times out.It doesn’t matter if the unit selected was already available before the version update or if the RMA was created after, the result is the same. We can search without issue, but clicking on an item to open the screen times it out.Opening a related task on the task screen is fine using the default repair center screen instead of their modified screen gets the same result I turned server log way up to see if it records anything, but I found nothing conclusive as the culprit.Has anyone seen this or have other suggestions on where I should continue my hunt for a solution?Any and all ideas are appreciatedGeoffrey
