Hi @Tibah_ksa,

It appears you are getting the error when ordering the report from the application. Have you verified whether you could order a report from the Crystal Web Service itself?

You can do it by going to the Ifs_ReportService.asmx file as below.

When you click on “browse” in above, it will open a web page with a list of methods and from there, click on GetSavedReportA method. You will be directed to following page.

Here give one of your quick reports as the FileName and press “Invoke”. It will not show you an actual PDF report, but you will get something like below with an encoded string inside an XML tag.

If you get something similar to this, that means your Crystal WS is functioning properly and the problem is in client side. Otherwise, you have to look into what went wrong with WS installation and troubleshoot that. 

This way you can narrow down the problem and move forward.
