How do you setup (ITS) INET_TRANS to create incoming Customer Orders?

I need help to setup (ITS) INET_TRANS to create incoming Customer Orders. Where can I find a sample XML file? How do I know what fields are required? Our customers are wanting to us their orders electronically. Your assistance is appreciated. We on IFSAPPS10 IEE version.

First, you can go to the IFS Applications - APP10TESTCMB , then click on the IFS Interface Browser, now select the BizApi tab and search for RECEIVE_CUSTOMER_ORDER. In there, you can see the sample file. If you want to get an idea of those attributes, just click on the parameter “Orders”, and then see all the attributes’ descriptions as a tooltip.

@Indika Alwis , thank you for your response. I got the sample data but I need help setting up the process next.Assuming I am going to get the orders from an FTP location what do I do next? Should I go to IFS connect and setup a routing address?

Yes, you need to add the routing address like below and enable it.

Then fill in the sample XML file and place it into the “IN“ folder.
You will notice the ORDERS message xxxxx will be posted to the queue connectivity IN.
