Is New Formatting possible in Quick Reports? I can do Manage Formatting however the New Formatting button doesn’t do anything. Google itself says it’s not possible but their isn’t any documentation behind that.

Hello @RyanSleight

Conditional formatting works on overview screens and “excel like” pages of IFS. While it did not exist initially in the Aurena IFS Cloud version, it has been brought back.

It’s a functionality meant for the normal pages of IFS, and not for the quick reports. Note that the quick report is  dynamic set, where the columns take the names from the SQL , and not from a fixed view connected to the page. Due to this dynamic nature , setting up conditional format, when there is no actual FIELD NAME on which this formatting can be set.  Report one may have column 1 as a character from Sales module, while report 2, may be employee id from HR...and so on so forth…

The new formatting and manage formatting work well on overview screens and at line level tabular screens.

Regards

Vivek
