 I have one of my UAT publisher servers throwing error message “Publisher: UAT V15 15.0 is not available at this moment. Please check your network connection or contact your system administrator.” when downloading the customization updates

  • I can replicate error from server by setting the URL to local host.
  • Neither an IIS reset, or restart server resolved issue.
  • No application updates in several months
  • I did add another profile recently

KDIFF shows a couple of “deltas” in the Publisher Customizations folder

    Hi Kyle,

    Were there any Windows Updates on the specific UAT server recently?

    Have you tried reinstalling Publisher and custom installers for publisher on that server?

    Perhaps the files can be retrieved from the respective backups folders I see in your screen shot so you may not have to reinstall Publisher (except perhaps a custom publisher).

    Hi Kyle,
    Does it work by IP address (instead of localhost?)
    Can you take a peek in IIS at the AsteaPublisher150 Application Pool?  Does that show as Started?  (then check the account credentials used on that application pool and see if they differ between any of the UAT servers).
