Question

Units of measure from punchout

Forum|alt.badge.img+8

Hello!

We are having a issue where the UoM from a punchout. According to the supplier they are sending RL (roll) but the field is returned blank to IFS. We added the UoM to Units of Measures in IFS but it still doesn´t catch it from the basic data. We have tried with both lower- and upper cases and different combinations but no difference.

It only fetches “No unit” (*)

Can someone please help me? :)

BR

Emma

What does it show for Used in Application for RL in this page? This needs to read as Yes for RL.

Hi @emmanilsson

which punchout protocol you are using?

One way to troubleshoot is to open the browser debug and check the return request from webshop to IFS whether it has the uom added in the correct field

Check the guide for the example requests

Punchout Catalog - Procurement (ESSPRO) - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud

Hi,

the protocol is OCI.

I will have to do the debug and see. Is the protocol matching the units of measure added in cloud units of measure?
