I can’t change some of shop orders size. When I want to change it or increase it, it says “
The shop order estimate cost of the manufactured part will be negative. This is not allowed. Check By-Product setup.”
How can I change the lot size of shop order?

Can you please share Product Structure By-Product and By-Product Cost Distribution details.
Seems issue is with By-Product Cost distribution setup.

Please check the By Products Tab, the Estimated cost of the by product must be higher than the Estimated Raw Material + Estimated Semifinished Components Cost + Operation Cost of the Shop Order. One easy fix would be to reduce the by product Qty/ Unit in the By Product Tab.
Then the total cost of the by product would be lesser.
Also Calculating the Shop Order costs would help if the shop order is in Started state and the calculated estimated cost is not up to date,
