Hi Everyone ,

We are trying to connect IFS Cloud PSO with IFS Cloud using IFS Optimization Framework Configuration Assistant. The Test connection fails saying ‘Failed to connect IFS Optimization Server’.

Also gives below error to set data manually :

  • Failed to connect to IFS Optimization server account Default. Error message was: 400 - Bad Request. The user IFSSCHEDULING and the parameters OpenIdAuthority, OpenIdClientId, UserNameClaim may need to be set up manually. Do you want to continue?

Did anyone faced similar situation?

Regards

Rajesh

Is this the cookie problem?

We had that as well.

If that is the case, did you verify that you are using large headers in the MT? It may need to be force-created in order to make it happen.

Managed or on-prem?
