Hello,

We are using PSO integrated with Cloud. We created multiple resource groups in Cloud mostly for filtering purposes in PSO. Before, I could see all resource groups as skill in PSO, but in the last couple of days it is not possible anymore.  I am only seeing the resource groups which come as resource demand on the request task.

I have checked in the audits and it seems that all resource groups do come as skill from Cloud.

I am also not able to see the resource details anymore, so I cannot check the resource skills. I don’t know if it is related to the issue or not.

Did someone encounter this or do you know if I am missing something?

PSO 6.13

IFS Cloud 24.1.1

Thank you,

Iulia

On the Resource Group, did you enable or disable Ignore as scheduling constraint?

Hi @Alexander Heinze, Ignore as scheduling constraint is disabled for all resource groups.

Hi,

This might be a data access issue.  Can you check that your workbench user belongs to the same groups as the resources to which the skills in your screenshot belong?

Thanks,

Tom

Hello,

I solved the issue. The permission ,,ViewAllObjectGroups” must be enabled. I  had disabled it before, so that I can share some filters with other users. This is apparently the only way to share filters with the other groups. After enabling this, I can see now all resource groups and all skills.

Thank you all for your help.

Best regards,

Iulia
