I’ve noticed that during event generation, I consistently receive the same work order numbers. 🤔 This is a event based PM.
Problem: The identical work order numbers are unexpected and could disrupt our maintenance processes.
Seeking Clarification: Have you encountered this issue? Any insights or best practices?
Thanks in advance

Please check if you have a "PM Group" defined in your PM Actions. Then the first WO generated will have the flag "Allow PM Group/Merge" set to TRUE. All other WO generations after that from a similar action will add work tasks in the same work order. That's why you see the same work order number in the maintenance plan. You can remove the "PM Group" from the PM action or set "Allow PM Group/Merge" flag to FALSE in the generated WO to stop this. If you complete the work order then also a new work order should be created.
