When I log in to the application with IFS Application Owner account thinking that I have performed the authorizations according to the technical documentation, no screen is displayed. What might be the reason? Version Cloud 23.2.6

+23Apps for Page Designer is only meant to tailor the MWO pages, not for actual work execution. To make sure you see appropriate data, login as the MWO user.
Also check out IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (23R2) - revised version | IFS Community (it was written for MWO Service, but 95% apply to MWO Maintenance as well)
