No "Save" Button on Migrated Lobby Elements

Forum|alt.badge.img+11

Dear Community

We have recently upgraded from Apps9 to IFS Cloud. For the migrated Lobby Elements, the SAVE button does not appear when attempting to edit them (see below). Despite making changes, it just does not appear. Is this by design, or a potential bug? it was the same in 23R1 and 23R2.

Many thanks

Hi @david.harmer

Can you check the Component field in the Information section at the end of the element designer ? If it is not CONFIG, change it to CONFIG, and see if the Save button is displayed.

If it is even CONFIG, remove it and add it again, and see if the Save button is appeared.

Best Regards

Thushitha

Is this only for some specific Lobby Elements?  Or for all migrated Lobby Elements?

Hi @Thushitha Chandrasiri , yes, that appears to work. I assume that is just part of the upgrade process that needs to be completed one time only. Thank you so much for your assistance so quickly!

David.
