In our MRO Business, we used to send parts for repair services externally. This is done using order code 06 PO. However, once the repair is done and while we receive the parts, we used to perform ‘receiving inspection’ where some of the parts fails at quality check/inspection management. As a results, they are supposed to send back for re-work again. However, IFS prevent us to send these parts back using ‘Re-work’.
As a business policy/ procedure, those re-work required parts cannot be taken inside the warehouse with serviceability tag.
So, how to do this scenario in IFS App10?
